Dynamic back rower Simon joins the Lions for the 23-24 season on a dual registration with Leicester Tigers. He was previously in the Tigers academy and is now signed full-time as a senior academy player. He has played for the Tigers' first team and also gained some National 1 experience on loan at Moseley last season. He has also represented England at U19 level.
