A good solid performance by Stourbridge, in a physically competitive game. Lions played well, making some mistakes, but almost sneaked a victory in the closing section of the game.

Leicester Lions’ Director of Rugby, Ken Whitehead, said that this was a disappointing result for Lions, but Stourbridge played well and kept the game tight.

Following this week’s games, Stourbridge remain in third position and Leicester Lions remain in fourth position in National League 2 North.
