Harley is no stranger to the Lions, having previously played in our Colts setup, where he quickly stood out for his skill, work ethic, and game awareness. Since those early days, Harley has continued to develop through both academic and elite rugby environments.

As a student at Brooksby Melton College, Harley was part of the renowned Leicester Tigers ACE Academy Programme, which helped refine his technical and physical capabilities to prepare him for senior-level rugby.

In addition to his time with the Lions and Brooksby Melton, Harley earned a place with the Coventry Rugby Academy, representing their U18 squad and now continuing to impress as a member of their U23 programme – a clear sign of his quality and potential.

Now, as he joins the Leicester Lions First Team, Harley brings a wealth of experience, maturity beyond his years, and a deep connection to the club’s values and vision.

We’re incredibly proud to see Harley return to the club as a senior player, and we look forward to watching his continued growth and impact in Lions colours this season.
