The quick-footed and powerful winger joins the Lions for the 23-24 season on a dual registration with Northampton Saints.. Graduating from the Saints' academy Toby has now signed full-time as a senior academy player at the Premiership club. He played for Bedford Blues last season in the prestigious Mobbs Memorial game against the Army and was capped at both U18 and U20 level despite still being at school!
